TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using capitalgainstradebot.com (the “Platform”) operated by capitalgainstradebot (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, traders, and account holders. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use online financial and trading services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any user, at any time, at our sole discretion, including for incomplete identity verification (KYC) or suspicious activity.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password, two-factor codes, and OTP messages.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in cryptocurrency through approved payment gateways. Minimum deposit is $100 USD equivalent. Network fees, gateway fees, commissions, and applicable regulatory fees are deducted from withdrawal amounts as disclosed at the time of the request.

Withdrawal processing times depend on network congestion and compliance review. We may delay or hold a withdrawal pending KYC review, source-of-funds checks, or fraud investigation.

All on-chain transactions are final and irreversible once broadcast. Sending funds to an incorrect address is the user’s responsibility and cannot be reversed by us.

The Platform offers automated trading bots, evaluation challenges, and funded trading accounts. Performance results are not guaranteed and depend on market conditions, parameters chosen by you, and external factors outside our control.

Passing an evaluation does not guarantee continued funding. Funded accounts are subject to risk rules, drawdown limits, and trading day requirements as published on the Platform.

You may not: (a) use the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to manipulate prices, exploit gateway timing, or abuse refund mechanisms; (c) impersonate another person or use false KYC documents; (d) reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform; (e) operate multiple accounts to evade limits or rules.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Information on the Platform is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading capital, arising out of your use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your trading activity, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or if required by a regulator or payment partner. Upon termination, pending withdrawals subject to compliance review may continue to be held until cleared.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which capitalgainstradebot is registered. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
